    Tom is the President’s Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, the co-founder of the International Institute for Analytics, a Fellow of the MIT Initiative for the Digital Economy, and a Senior Advisor to Deloitte Analytics. Tom has been at the forefront of the Process Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Analytics and Big Data movements.

    Tom pioneered the concept of “competing on analytics” with his 2006 Harvard Business Review article and his 2007 book. Since then, he has continued to provide cutting-edge insights on how companies can use AI to their advantage.

    Irina’s team builds ML apps for internal decision making, such as Einstein Guidance (revenue forecasting tool) and Net Adoption Score (tool to measure, compare, and act on enterprise adoption across Salesforce's 40+ product lines). Prior to joining Salesforce, Irina led customer success at a data governance startup Alation, built product analytics at an SRI-backed startup Tempo AI, and led digital transformations at Telekom Malaysia and McKinsey.

    She holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MA in Economic Policy from top schools in Russia, as well as an MBA from Stanford GSB.

    Nick Elprin

    Nick Elprin is the CEO and co-founder of Domino Data Lab, provider of the open data science platform that powers model-driven enterprises such as Allstate, Bristol Myers Squibb, Dell and Lockheed Martin.

    Before starting Domino, Nick built tools for quantitative researchers at Bridgewater, one of the world’s largest hedge funds. He has over a decade of experience working with data scientists at advanced enterprises. He holds a BA and MS in computer science from Harvard.
