We have ambitious goals for this year, including significant growth. We grew 40% last year and have similar plans for 2021. To help us scale, while ensuring we preserve our culture, we continue to develop our people systems and processes with a strong eye to employee experience.

- Improving and formalizing Manager Development based on the Domino Framework we recently designed.
- Launching Domino Academy to help onboard and support new team members during their first 30 days at Domino.
- Enhancing Employee Development through career paths, training and manager feedback loops.
